Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pv2 platform available at pv2.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the pv2 platform immediately. Continued use following the publication of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The pv2 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed without notice.
Account Creation & Security
To access pv2's full range of services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. pv2 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access or a security breach to us.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact pv2's support team immediately at [email protected]. pv2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for security investigation purposes without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Pv2 users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pv2 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised mechanism to interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the operation of our platform or servers
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party without prior written consent from pv2
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process
- Engaging in any form of fraud, match manipulation, or collusion with other users
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where appropriate.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on the pv2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include direct bank transfers via recognised Malaysian financial institutions, as well as e-wallets such as Boost and the FPX payment platform. pv2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers are beyond pv2's control.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. pv2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. pv2 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate payment details provided by the user.
Pv2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the associated funds may be held pending the completion of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Pv2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. In any event, pv2's total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to pv2 in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pv2 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code, is the property of pv2 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The pv2 platform may contain links to third-party services or websites that are outside our control. pv2 makes no representations or warranties regarding the content or privacy practices of those websites and accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from their use.
Amendments & Governing Law
Pv2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the pv2 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the pv2 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
